AS WE FIGHT Announces New Singer

May 29, 2008

Danish metalcore act AS WE FIGHT has announced the addition of singer Esben Elnegaard Kjaer Hansen (NUMBNUTS, ex-STOMPED) to the group's ranks.

Bassist Soren Hvidt states: "Esben is by no means new to touring life, which his work with NUMBNUTS, STOMPED and stand-in duties in NIGHTRAGE demonstrates. Esben has already performed with us on five occasions, and we are very excited to have him on board!"

Esben Elnegaard Kjaer Hansen is currently locked away at Smart 'N' Hard Studio with producer Jacob Bredahl (HATESPHERE, KOLDBORN) recording vocals for AS WE FIGHT's third album, "Meet Your Maker", which will be released later in 2008.

AS WE FIGHT last year released the video for its song "Annihilation". Watch the clip below. The track comes off the Danish metalcore act's sophomore full-length album, "Midnight Tornado", which was released in October 2006 via Dockyard 1 Records.

"Midnight Tornado" was recorded by Jacob Bredahl of HATESPHERE and was mixed and mastered by Tue Madsen (THE HAUNTED, HIMSA, SICK OF IT ALL).
